Click HERE to become a Seller
Use referral code: 6118913Lnp
Step-by-step Process
1. To sign up and set up an account on Seataoo, visit www.seataoo.com. This will take you to the registration page with the referral code added.
2. Review the Seataoo Merchant Contract and select 'Agree' to proceed. If you choose 'Disagree', you won't be able to create an account or store.
3. Fill up the form on every section. The first section is the Personal Info and once you reach the email text field, enter your email address and click 'Verify'. A verification code will be sent to your email address (this is not a referral code). Copy that code and paste it into the Code text field under email.
4. Fill in the remaining fields in the Basic Info section and once you reach the 'Referral Code' text field, ensure this free referral code is added -> 6118913Lnp
5. Once all the form fields are completed, click the 'Register Your Shop' button to create your official shop and wait for your shop to be verified. Depending on the load of the company to approve new Sellers, it could take as little as an hour to 24 hours to get your store approved.
6. Once your store is approved, you can start to operate your store. The confirmation email will consist of video tutorials to get you started. If for some reason you are having a hard time understanding the process, wait for another email which can take up to 24 hours where a dedicated Account Specialist will introduce themselves to support you. You can also drop us an email at powercasil@gmail.com.
7. If you are confident you can operate your store with minimal guidance, then continue to update your personal and shop details. Add logo and banner then set up a payment method so that Seataoo will know where to deposit your money when you do a withdrawal request.
8. Start adding products. There will be 2 options, 'Add New Product' or 'Product Warehouse'. Adding a new product not from Seataoo's warehouse will undergo some approval process which we will not discuss here for now. For new Seller's, we recommend adding products through the Product Warehouse. Ensure that you have done enough research and created a budget for your initial orders as in any moment you will already receive orders from customers so you may need to anticipate this. If you are just testing this out, we recommend adding at least 10 products with a price of P100 to P300.
9. When you receive an order, you will need to fund your wallet to continue picking up or fulfilling and delivering the orders of your customers. To recharge your wallet, click the link to 'My Wallet'. You have 2 options to recharge which is Offline and Online.
Offline
Recharge Wallet
This option provides you with two methods. First is the through SWIFT (USD-SWIFT-New Seataoo) option and the second is through BDO (PHP-BDO-New Seataoo) option.
Online
Recharge Wallet
This option provides you with also two methods namely Payso and GCash. If you don't want to use GCash, the next method for you to select is Payso where you can select your desired channel. As of the now, they allow BDO, RCBC, BPI, UnionBank and Coins.
10. Once the funds are credited to your wallet, you can now start processing orders. After you've processed the orders, your next step is simply to wait for the buyers to receive their items. The entire cycle, from processing to delivery, might take up to 20 days and sometimes more. Once this period is over and the orders are successfully delivered, you'll receive the payment for the sales. The total amount, which includes your initial capital and the profit you earned, will then be visible in your wallet.

I. How to Earn in Seataoo
Use referral code: 620459uuvW
Below are examples for each profit margin category based on the given structure
Maximum 7% Profit Margin (Products below 300 pesos):
If you source a product for 100 pesos, your maximum selling price to achieve a 7% profit margin would be calculated as follows:
Selling
Price = Cost Price + (Cost Price * Profit Margin)
Selling
Price = 100 + (100 * 0.07)
Selling
Price = 100 + 7 = 107 pesos
Maximum
8% Profit Margin (Products between 301 pesos and 2000 pesos):
For a product with a purchase price of 500 pesos:
Selling
Price = 500 + (500 * 0.08)
Selling Price = 500 + 40 = 540 pesos
Maximum 10% Profit Margin (Products between 2001 pesos and 5000 pesos):
If the product costs 3000 pesos:
Selling
Price = 3000 + (3000 * 0.10)
Selling Price = 3000 + 300 = 3300 pesos
Maximum 12% Profit Margin (Products above 5000 pesos):
For a high-value item costing 8000 pesos:
Selling
Price = 8000 + (8000 * 0.12)
Selling Price = 8000 + 960 = 8960 pesos
These examples demonstrate how sellers can calculate the selling price within the specified profit margin limits for different product price ranges. It's crucial for sellers to consider these margins when determining their pricing strategy to ensure competitiveness and profitability within the Seataoo platform.
II. What is Dropshipping?
Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where a store doesn't keep the products it sells in stock. Instead, when a store sells a product using the dropshipping model, it purchases the item from a third party—often a wholesaler or manufacturer—and has it shipped directly to the customer. This means that the retailer never actually handles or sees the product.
Key Benefits of Dropshipping:
1. Less Capital Required: Since you don't need to stock or handle items, you can start a dropshipping business with limited funds.
2. Easy to Start: You don't have to deal with physical products, meaning no managing inventory, packing, or tracking.
3. Flexible Location: A dropshipping business can be run from anywhere with an internet connection.
Types of Dropshipping:
1. Print on Demand Dropshipping: This involves selling custom designs on products like t-shirts, phone cases, or even books. The design gets printed onto the product only after a customer orders it, so there's no need for inventory.
2. Product Reselling: This is the most common type of dropshipping, where the retailer sells products of other producers. They don’t design or manufacture anything themselves; they simply act as a middleman.
3. Business Extensions: This is when an established business adds dropshipping for products which are an addition but not central to their primary business. For example, a business making its own unique pottery might decide to also offer complementary products (like display stands) through dropshipping.
4. Product Creation: Some businesses will use dropshipping in tandem with their own products. They might sell products they produce, but use dropshipping for items they don't manufacture.
Challenges
with Dropshipping:
While dropshipping offers many advantages, it also comes with its set of challenges like thinner profit margins, inventory issues, shipping complexities, and potential supplier errors.
Dropshipping is a versatile retail fulfillment method, offering businesses flexibility in terms of inventory management and capital requirements. However, its success heavily relies on finding reliable suppliers, marketing effectively, and ensuring good customer service.

VI. What is the minimum product that I need to publish?
The minimum number of products that need to be published is 10.
he number of products to be delisted cannot be less than 10. If the number of delisted products is less than 10, the system will prompt you to either change the products or activate Vacation Mode. If Vacation Mode has reached its usage limit, only product replacement will be allowed.
VII. Do I need to invest a specific amount of money to start?
To start, you don't need to have money deposited into your account especially if you don't have orders coming in. Once orders start to come in, you will need to fund your wallet in order to pay and fulfill your pending orders.
The amount you need to fund your wallet depends on how large your published products are. If this is your first time, we recommend to start small and select low value items that ranges from P100 to around P200 as there will be times when a customer will be ordering several items within your available products.
If you are able to fund more money on your initial capital to earn more profit then it depends on your strategy. You can take advantage of higher percentage commissions on more expensive products which can range from 10% to 12%.

XI. Is Seataoo a Multi-level
Marketing or what they call Network marketing?
Both dropshipping and MLM are popular business strategies, but they operate on very different principles and have distinct advantages and challenges. Let's break them down.
Dropshipping:
1. Business Model: Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method. Retailers don't keep goods in stock; instead, they order products from a third party (usually a wholesaler or manufacturer) to ship directly to the customer when a sale is made.
2. Capital Requirement: Generally, low upfront investment is needed. Retailers don't purchase inventory until a sale is made.
3. Profit Model: Profit is generated from the difference between the retail price (what the customer pays) and the wholesale price (what the retailer pays to the supplier).
4. Key Challenge: Maintaining product quality and timely shipping can be challenges since retailers don't have direct control over inventory or shipping.
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM):
1. Business Model: MLM, also known as network marketing or pyramid selling, involves selling products directly to the public, typically in their homes or the homes of others. The key characteristic of MLM strategies is that individuals are rewarded not only for the sales they generate but also for the sales made by the people they recruit (often referred to as their "downline").
2. Capital Requirement: Initial investment often includes purchasing a starter kit or product inventory. The cost varies depending on the MLM company.
3. Profit Model: Income is earned in two ways: from direct sales to customers and from a percentage of the sales made by one's recruits. This means one's income potential is linked to both personal performance and the performance of one's network or team.
4. Key Challenge: The success in MLM often requires strong networking skills and the ability to recruit and train new members. There's also criticism that many MLMs have a structure where only those at the top truly profit, while newer recruits earn little.
Main Differences:
1. Operational Focus: Dropshipping focuses on selling products without holding inventory, relying on third-party suppliers. MLM, on the other hand, focuses on direct sales and recruiting others to sell and recruit.
2. Income Source: In dropshipping, the primary source of income is the sale of products. In MLM, income is derived from both direct sales and the sales made by one's recruits.
3. Structure: Dropshipping has a straightforward business structure. In contrast, MLM operates on a hierarchical structure where profits can be derived from several levels of selling and recruiting.
4. Control Over Inventory: Dropshippers don't handle or see products, relying on third-party suppliers. MLM participants often buy and use the products themselves, and may also keep inventory to sell to others.
While both dropshipping and MLM offer opportunities to earn and have their own set of advantages, they cater to different kinds of entrepreneurs. Dropshipping is more for those interested in e-commerce without the hassle of inventory, while MLM is for those who enjoy direct selling and building a network. It's crucial to understand the nuances of each before diving in.
XII. Do I need to select and publish 150 products when adding items at the beginning?
Technically, you can add and publish 150 products at the beginning but this is not recommended especially for new sellers not having experience with the platform. The more products you add the more capital you need to fund your wallet in order to fulfill these orders once your site gets running.
XIII. What will happen to the orders that were not picked up or fulfilled?
Orders not picked up or fulfilled will stay on your dashboard for 10 days. After this, you will see the orders in the "Overdue orders" tab which you will not be able to process anymore. If you are unable to process your orders within 10 days, Seataoo will take over and distribute the pending orders to other sellers that have the same item published in their stores. If there are no sellers able to process the said order/s, Seataoo will take over the pending orders without any penalty provided you meet the 55% processing rate. Otherwise, you will receive a warning of low processing order reminders.
XIV. What does the 55% processing rate mean?
To provide you with an example, imagine you have 2,000 orders for this month. If you fulfill and process all the 2,000 orders then it means your processing rate is 100%. To achieve a minimum of 55% at the end of the month, you need to at least process 1,100 orders to be on the safe side. If you are overwhelmed with orders coming in, you can also set your store to be on VACATION MODE to avoid piling up your orders or requesting a "Low Exposure" of your store.
As of 1st of September 2023, the order processing rate requirement for sellers will be lowered from 60% to 55%. Henceforth, warnings and system-enforced store closures for violations will only apply to cases where the seller's processing rate falls below the critical threshold.
XV. What is Vacation Mode?
To access Vacation Mode, you need to use your browser to find this setting in the dashboard. This is also available when you are using the mobile app of Seataoo. Just go to Account then tap Products. From there you will see a button to Turn On/Off the Vacation Mode. By default, the remaining available time is 168 hours which is equivalent to 7 days per month you are allowed to use vacation mode. You are also allowed to use this feature 7 times per month meaning a single click or tap of Turn on vacation mode is counted as "1 time". You can divide this per week if needed as long as it is a total of 7 days per month or enabling it 7 times per month.
When Vacation Mode is activated, all products in the store will be automatically delisted. At the end of the designated vacation period, Vacation Mode will be automatically deactivated, and all products will be automatically relisted. Manually canceling Vacation Mode will result in the automatic relisting of all products.
XVI. Does the affiliate program work like Network Marketing?
Seataoo is NOT a Multi-level Marketing business nor a Pyramid Scheme as this is no way close to their business model. Pyramid schemes are illegal, focused on recruitment referrals to earn money, promises big returns on your money and usually don't buy back your inventory.
Seataoo's affiliate referral program is not mandatory and only allows additional profit to the seller. It works like an incentive for the community to experience the platform as well as earn from that person you referred to. Unlike MLM, the person on top of the pyramid will keep on earning once the people under them keeps on recruiting people. For Seataoo, sellers will only profit from the 1st level referral nothing more. This practice is common and sometimes called Affiliate Marketing similar to other businesses to attract talents, promote or buy their products example Employee Referrals, Discount Referrals, etc.
Every time your affiliate referral process their orders, you will receive a 3% reward from Seataoo.
XVII. How does the affiliate program and referral code work?
The Affiliate Program is a wonderful opportunity for you to boost your earnings, expand your network and help your family, friends, colleagues and others to put up their own business. With this program, you have the chance to earn a generous 3% commission on the total pick-up orders made by your referred friends.
Here's How It Works:
1. Refer a Friend: Share your unique referral code with family, friends, colleagues, and contacts who might be interested also to have a business and earn just like you!
2. Earn Commission: For every order processed by your referred friend, you'll earn an extra 3% commission on the total pick-up amount.
It's as simple as that! Plus, the best part is that your earned commissions are fully withdrawable as cash. This gives you the ultimate flexibility to use your earnings however you see fit.
We believe that the Affiliate Program not only offers you an opportunity to earn more but also strengthens our community and spreads the word about the service and opportunity we offer.
If you have any questions, need assistance, or require further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact your account specialist or you can email support-ph@seataoo.com.

XVIII. Can I still withdraw my money when I close my store?
YES. To close the store, please submit an application to the personnel center. Once the application is approved, the store will be permanently closed. Commission income from the referral committee will be automatically canceled. Pending orders will be transferred accordingly. The frozen funds and personal wallet funds of the seller will remain secure. After the funds from pending orders are unfrozen, they will be returned to the personal wallet, and the seller can withdraw them at any time.
Once the store is closed, it cannot be reopened. The store will be listed in Seataoo's permanent closed store list.
XIX. Is there a withdrawal limit if I want to withdraw money from my Wallet Balance?
As advised by one of the Account Specialists in Seataoo, there is no limit. However, the minimum withdrawal is P500.
XX. When is the evaluation of my account to compute the monthly processing rate?
The evaluation is on the 1st and 16th day of each month. You will need to reach 55% processing rate for the whole current month before the next month to avoid a deduction in your profits.
TIP: If you are new, it is recommended to publish your products and start selling after the evaluation period to avoid unwanted penalties that could arise during that day.
XXI. If I joined 15th of the month do I still need to reach 55% processing rate?
YES. You will still need to process the orders for the current month with the remaining days and you need to meet the criteria of 55% processing rate to avoid deduction in your profits.
XXII. How to quickly calculate your Order Processing Rate?
The fastest formula is to get your total orders for the current month and NOT include the previous months. Subtract the current total pending orders then divide the result to the Total Orders multiplied by 100. The value will be your current Order Processing Rate.
Example: Your Total Orders are 120 for the month of September and the Pending Orders are 45.
120
(Total Orders) - 45 (Pending Orders) = 75
75 /
120 = 0.625
0.625 x 100 = 62.5 (is your Order Processing Rate)
TIP: You can use our simple Order Processing Rate Calculator as another option.
*Note: The total and pending orders in your dashboard may include all the previous months so it is best to track your total orders PER MONTH separately in case you want to quickly use the options above.
XXIII. Why is the customer information (buyer) hidden from the Order dashboard?
According to Seataoo's Account Specialist, the information of the buyers is hidden from Sellers for privacy purposes. This information is only visible to the warehouse logistics team. Even Account Specialists in Seataoo do not have visibility on the information of the customers.
Seataoo is considered a third-party platform and is under a privacy policy stating that they are not allowed to disclose any information related to the Buyer or the customer.
XXIV. Is Seataoo affiliated with JD.com (a Chinese e-commerce company in Beijing)?
According to Seataoo's Account Specialist, previously they had a partnership with JD.com but as of now, Seataoo is purely operating as an independent online cross-border e-commerce platform, established on October 4, 2022. As a rookie cross-border e-commerce platform, Seataoo has been favored by users since its establishment.
XXV. I have a lot of Pending Orders unable to process, what will happen?
The orders will stay in your inventory for 10 days. By then, Seataoo will take over your pending orders after 10 days to avoid further delays to the Buyers but it is advisable to process orders in a timely manner ideally 2-3 days once you receive the order as much as possible. However, it will still depend on your strategy while considering things like budget, time, effort, and order processing rate criteria.
XXVI. The product is worth P150 and below but there was an additional P65, why?
As per the new policy of September 1, 2023 - products amounting to P150 or below will have an additional P65 added per product due to the increase in logistics costs. This adjustment is not an increase in overall costs for sellers but rather an automatic adjustment of the selling price of the products involved. The full ordered amount together with the Seller's profit will be shouldered by the Buyer and will be returned back to the Seller once the orders are completed and delivered.
XXVII. Do I need to pay or buy a referral code?
Please be cautious of people selling referral codes. The code is completely FREE.
Use this referral code when registering: 6118913Lnp
XXVIII. The Shipping has been pending for 1 month, what could be the reason?
The expected delivery is around 10-15 days and a maximum of 18 days. However, there are times when there are delays in logistics in terms of location, weather conditions, port congestion and traffic, global events, etc. This is out of the control of the Seller, Seataoo, and the Buyer. Another possible reason could be if the buyer is local in the Philippines but the availability of the product will still come from overseas.
XXIX. I accidentally deleted a product listing after I Picked the order, what will happen?
Once the Order has been processed or Picked Up, the order will be considered In Progress and will be delivered as expected even though the Product or Item was removed from the listing. However, you can still re-add the products to make it visible again.
If the Order status is Unpicked and you deleted the product from your store listing, then the status of the product inside the Order Details page will be 'Product Unavailable'.
XXX. How can I contact the customer if I am unable to see their details?
As Sellers, there is no need to communicate with international and local Buyers as this is being handled by another team in Seataoo. This can involve customer inquiries about their orders, issues, and so on which is not the responsibility of the Seller. Clearly, this is out of scope for the Sellers.
XXXI. There were no visitors in my store front but I suddenly received orders, what is the reason?
There are times when you manually visit your store and you see that visit count towards your dashboard but there is also a possibility that you will receive orders even though you don't have visitors in your store. The reason behind this as advised by Seataoo is that, they have affiliated partners where these orders are coming from aside from people visiting and buying in your shop. Seataoo also has multiple partners that markets different products.
XXXII. Seataoo caters both global and local customers but the warehouse is in the Philippines, why?
Seataoo's main office is in Singapore and they also have offices in Malaysia, India and the Philippines. There is a warehouse in the Philippines which is located in Bulacan. Similarly, Malaysia, India and maybe other countries where Seataoo operates have their own warehouses.
XXXIII. Does Seataoo have partnerships with logistics services?
YES. Seataoo has a wide range of partnerships when it comes to logistics namely Flash Express and J&T within the Philippines. For international deliveries they have partnerships with 2GO and YTD Logistics.
XXXIV. When NOT to use Vacation Mode?
The Vacation Mode restriction is from the last 3 days of the month up to the first 3 days of the following month. During this period, you will not be able to use the vacation mode. All users who have already activated the vacation mode during this period will be automatically deactivated, and all products will be published. Please make reasonable use of the vacation mode outside of this period.
XXXV. When is the Evaluation Period of my account?
The evaluation period is on the 15th and at the end of the month.
XXXVI. Is it allowed to have multiple household members to create an account?
YES. Every Seller will need to register their own account with Seataoo with their own ID regardless if they are within the same household or a different group.
XXXVII. Is there a withdrawal fee when I want to withdraw from my Wallet Balance?
The short answer is YES. Effective October 18, 2023.
Seataoo platform is constantly growing and developing, their goal has always been to provide better services and experiences. Therefore, they need to continuously adjust their policies to adapt to the business environment.
Regarding withdrawals and deposits on the platform, the banks and payment companies charge certain transaction fees for each transaction. Seataoo has been fully covering these fees on behalf of their users. However, in order to provide better services and ensure long-term development, they have made the decision to adjust the withdrawal rules while temporarily continuing to cover the deposit fees on behalf of our users.
Based on the current policies of banks and payment companies, they have made the following changes to the withdrawal rules:
1. Withdrawals will now require sharing the payment processing fees. The fee is calculated as 1% of the transaction amount, with a minimum fee of P25 and a maximum fee of P300. The corresponding fee will be automatically deducted from each withdrawal.
Example calculation:
For a withdrawal amount of P10,000 the fee would be 1% of 10,000 (which is P100), resulting in an actual amount received of 10,000 - 100 = P9,900. If the fee is less than P25, it will be calculated as P25. If the fee exceeds P300, the excess fee will be waived.
2. Each user is allowed a maximum of 2 withdrawal transactions per day.
This adjustment to the withdrawal rules is aimed at long-term development. This change will help us reduce the proportion of user fee sharing and improve the platform's processing efficiency. If you have any questions or need further clarification on the policy, please feel free to contact the customer service team.
XXXVIII. How to compute the penalty if you don't reach the 55% processing rate?
If you are unable to reach the 55% processing rate during the evaluation period and want to know how the penalty is calculated, simply follow the steps and formula below.
Example:
Total order amount - Total pick up amount = Total Profit
Total profit/ Total order amount = Profit margin
Total order amount x Profit margin= Target profit
Total Profit - target profit = Deduction
TIP: You can easily view your penalties or deductions by going to your Wallet dashboard and clicking on the Penalty Record button when using a web browser or by tapping the Check button in the Deduction details list section inside the mobile app.
XXXIX. Why am I unable to contact my
Account Specialist during official holidays?
Seataoo
office does consider official holidays in the Philippines thus employees may or
may not be available during this period. It is best to communicate with your
Account Specialist for any specific concerns before the start of the holidays
to get the answers you need.
XL.
Why
am I seeing customer information when someone orders directly from my store?
The
reason is that the customer has directly ordered the product from your store
and is using the same platform. This is why you can see the customer
information directly within your orders list. However, you may not see customer
information when the order comes from Seataoo's affiliated partners who are
separately managing their own marketing and selling strategies then these
orders will be routed through Seataoo to be disseminated to the Sellers
accordingly for processing the orders as usual.
XLI. How do I set GCash as my Payment
Setting for withdrawal purposes?
Go to
the Manage Profile section and inside the Payment Setting box, add your details
as follows:
Bank
Name: Gcash
Bank
Account Name: (Complete Name)
Bank
Account Number: (Gcash Mobile Number)
XLII.
What
are the different scenarios in terms of Process Rate evaluation and penalty?
On the
15th and end of each month, Seataoo will review the seller's order processing
rate for the month to determine if any penalties should be imposed. If the
order processing rate falls below 55%, penalties will be triggered. The
assessment of the seller processing rate of the month is based on the data of
00:00:00 on the 1st of each month and 00:00:00 on the 16th of each month. For
sellers whose order processing rate does not meet the assessment, the deduction
time is 14:00:00 on the 1st of each month and 14:00:00 on the 16th of each
month. The exact amount of the penalty can be viewed in Wallet Balance history.
Scenario
1: You Passed the 1st and 2nd
evaluations of the month - there will be no deductions.
Scenario
2: You Failed the 1st evaluation
and Passed the 2nd evaluation - there will be deductions ONLY to the sellers
having 8%, 10% and 12% profit rates. Sellers that ONLY have 7% will not be
affected.
Scenario
3: You Passed the 1st evaluation
and Failed the 2nd evaluation - there will be deductions ONLY to the sellers
having 8%, 10% and 12% profit rates. Sellers that ONLY have 7% will not be
affected.
Scenario
4: You Failed the 1st evaluation
and also Failed the 2nd evaluation - there will be deductions to the sellers
having 7%, 8%, 10% and 12% profit rates. Failing on the 1st evaluation will
follow Scenario 2. Again Failing on the 2nd evaluation will reduce profit rates
to 6% which applies to Sellers having 7%, 8%, 10% and 12% set as their profit
rates.
XLIII. Why is there confusion with the
Evaluation Period in terms of cut-off time?
We
understand that there were numerous cases where new and old Sellers had this
confusion. Notification emails sent to Sellers that date back to September 2023
and earlier contain information that on the 2nd evaluation the cut-off time is
at 6 PM (Philippine Local Time). While this information used to be correct,
there were issues faced by the Sellers whenever the Processing Rate was
reflected in the dashboard thus making new changes to the cut-off time to
enhance user experience.
As of
today, the assessment of the seller processing rate of the month is based on
the data of 00:00:00 on the 15th of each month and 00:00:00 at the end of each
month. For sellers whose order processing rate does not meet the assessment,
the deduction time is 14:00:00 on the 1st of each month and 14:00:00 on the
16th of each month. The exact amount of the penalty can be viewed in Wallet
Balance history.

XLV. When will the 3% affiliate bonus
reflect on my Affiliate Balance?
You
need to be mindful of the date the item was delivered to your affiliate's
customer. If the order was already delivered within 10-15 days to the buyer,
your commission bonus of 3% will immediately reflect on your Affiliate Balance.
Otherwise, if you still have not received your expected profit, contact your
assigned Account Specialist regarding your concern.
XLVI.What is the withdrawal policy of
Seataoo?
Based
on the current policies of banks and payment companies, Seataoo has made the
following changes to the withdrawal rules:
Withdrawals
will now require sharing the payment processing fees. The fee is calculated as
1% of the transaction amount, with a minimum fee of 25 PHP and a maximum fee of
300 PHP. The corresponding fee will be automatically deducted from each
withdrawal.
Example
calculation: For a withdrawal amount of 10,000 PHP, the fee would be 1% of
10,000 (which is100 PHP), resulting in an actual amount received of 10,000 -
100 = 9,900 PHP. If the fee is less than 25 PHP, it will be calculated as 25
PHP. If the fee exceeds 300 PHP, the excess fee will be waived.
Each
user is allowed a maximum of 2 withdrawal transactions per day.
This
adjustment to the withdrawal rules is aimed at long-term development. This
change will help Seataoo reduce the proportion of user fee sharing and improve
the platform's processing efficiency. If you have any questions or need further
clarification on the policy, please feel free to contact Seataoo's customer
service team. Once again, we appreciate your support and understanding of the
platform.
XLVII. Why do Sellers have to pay for
purchases if they've already received the customer's payment?
The
customer's payments are held to ensure that Sellers fulfill orders, providing
reassurance for both parties. This practice is common in countries without cash
on delivery options.
XLVIII.
Why
do Sellers need to finance customer orders? Can't Seataoo cover the costs
themselves?
In
essence, the Seller purchases items from Seataoo and subsequently resells them
to generate profit.
XLIX. What is the Payment Verification
Time?
As of
March 2, 2024 the current payment verification time is from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
GMT+8 every day.
These
policy updates will come into effect on March 18, 2024.
L.
Can
I use and link the same bank account to multiple merchant account?
For
security measures, Seataoo has implemented a new policy to ensure each bank
account can only be linked to one merchant. Once successfully linked, other
merchants will not be able to bind the same bank account to mitigate the risk
of multiple account bindings and safeguard against fund security risks.
Seataoo
will conduct regular audits and verification of merchant withdrawal accounts to
ensure the accuracy and correctness of the linked information.
These
policy updates will come into effect on March 18, 2024.
LI. Will my Processing Rate be
rounded off during evaluation?
No. You
need to have a passing rate of exactly 55% or more during evaluation period.
Example:
Pass -
55.04%
Fail -
54.95%
